Our services
Every property needs a different approach. Some projects focus on a kitchen or a bathroom, others reshape the layout and finish of the whole home. Whatever the scope, London’s Prestige delivers home renovations and refurbishments of every size, managed as one project from start to finish.
Whole home refurbishment for houses, flats and maisonettes. Layout changes, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery and decoration delivered as one project, with one team and one programme.
Complete bathrooms, en suites, shower rooms and wet rooms. Stripped back and rebuilt with proper waterproofing, precise tiling and fittings chosen to last.
Kitchens planned around how you cook and live, fitted with the plumbing, gas, electrics, flooring and finishing around them. We can supply the kitchen or install the one you have chosen.
Turn unused roof space into a bedroom, bathroom or home office. Dormer, hip to gable and roof light conversions built to the approved design and signed off by Building Control.
Rear, side return and wraparound extensions that add real living space without moving. Built together with the kitchen and finishes, so the new room is finished properly.
Repointing, brick repairs and façade restoration for period homes. Failed mortar raked out by hand, damaged bricks replaced and joints pointed to suit the building.
Commercial refurbishment
We also take on selected commercial refurbishments, such as shops and small commercial premises. Share the property type, location and the work you have in mind, and we will confirm whether the project is a good fit.
Why choose London’s Prestige
Good renovation work is about more than the final photographs. It depends on clear decisions, organised trades and honest communication from the first visit to the last detail.
More about London’s PrestigeEvery trade and every stage is run as one connected project, so you are never left coordinating builders yourself.
We agree the work, the responsibilities and the exclusions in a written proposal before anything begins on site.
One point of contact keeps you informed about what is happening, what comes next and when a decision is needed.
Floors and access routes protected, dust controlled, deliveries planned and the site left tidy every day.
We look at how materials, lines and details work together across the finished space, then snag every room with you.

Trades, materials, approvals and key stages organised before we start on site.
The work is completed in sequence, then reviewed together before final handover.
About London’s Prestige
London’s Prestige is a London based renovation and refurbishment company, working on houses, flats and selected commercial properties.
Whether it is a bathroom in a Hampstead flat, an extension on a Highbury terrace or a loft conversion in Highgate, the approach stays the same: understand the property, agree the work in writing and manage every stage carefully. We do not impose one style on every home. We build what suits the building, the space and the people living in it.
