Before work begins we look at how you use the current kitchen and what needs to change: appliance positions, storage, preparation space, lighting and how people move through the room.
Flats may bring limited access and building rules, and older houses often need work to walls, floors, pipework or wiring before a new kitchen goes in. The agreed scope sets out the work, responsibilities and any decisions still to make.

It depends on the size of the room, its condition, any layout changes and lead times on units and worktops. Worktops are usually templated once the units are in, so we plan for that.

Yes. Plumbing and electrics are part of the renovation, and gas work is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Yes, subject to the room and the services. Moving the sink, appliances or walls is planned and confirmed in the proposal.
Usually, yes. We tell you in advance when water, power or access will be affected so you can plan around it.
