Cat A is the landlord’s base build, ready to let: ceilings, lighting, floors, heating and toilets. Cat B is the occupier’s fit out on top: meeting rooms, kitchens, power and data, joinery and branding. We carry out both.
Often, yes. We phase the work, separate the working areas and schedule disruptive work out of hours, depending on the layout and the work involved.
Yes. We build to the drawings and specification of your architect or interior designer, and can help develop the layout if you do not have one yet.
Responsibility for landlord consent and licences is agreed before we start. We provide the drawings, method statements and insurance details your landlord or building manager needs.
It depends on the size of the space, the scope, lead times and whether the premises stay open. We give you a realistic programme after the property visit.
