It depends on the size of the property, the scope of work and the finishes you choose. After a site visit we give you an itemised written quotation, so you can see where the budget goes before anything is agreed.
We work with your architect on drawings and approvals, and arrange Building Control inspections at the right stages so the work is signed off properly. Party wall matters are handled through a party wall surveyor where needed.
Yes. We build to their drawings and specification and coordinate with them on site. If you do not have one, we can talk through layout, finishes and practical options with you.
