London’s Prestige carries out renovation and refurbishment work across London, from kitchens and bathrooms to loft conversions, extensions, complete refurbishments and façade restoration.
No two London homes are the same. A period terrace in Highbury needs a different approach from a Hampstead mansion flat, a Highgate townhouse or a family home in Chiswick. So we start by understanding the property, the space and what you want from it, then set out the scope clearly and organise every stage around the agreed plan.
We work with homeowners, landlords, architects and interior designers, and we are just as comfortable building to a full set of drawings as helping you shape the brief.
What we do
Six core services, delivered by one team. The exact work, materials and responsibilities are agreed in a written proposal before anything starts on site.
Whole home refurbishment for houses, flats and maisonettes. Layout changes, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery and decoration delivered as one project, with one team and one programme.
Complete bathrooms, en suites, shower rooms and wet rooms. Stripped back and rebuilt with proper waterproofing, precise tiling and fittings chosen to last.
Kitchens planned around how you cook and live, fitted with the plumbing, gas, electrics, flooring and finishing around them. We can supply the kitchen or install the one you have chosen.
Turn unused roof space into a bedroom, bathroom or home office. Dormer, hip to gable and roof light conversions built to the approved design and signed off by Building Control.
Rear, side return and wraparound extensions that add real living space without moving. Built together with the kitchen and finishes, so the new room is finished properly.
Repointing, brick repairs and façade restoration for period homes. Failed mortar raked out by hand, damaged bricks replaced and joints pointed to suit the building.
